Suraj SIM Techno Works Pvt. Ltd., based in Sambhaji Nagar, is a prominent player in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) and high-tech fabrication solutions. Part of a family of engineers, the company was founded by Deepak S. Toshniwal (BE Mechanical) and subsequently Amol S. Sarda (BE Civil), and it has expanded to become a reliable supplier of industrial and commercial-scale infrastructure. The company started out as a small fabrication unit: Suraj Steel Works.
The moment of change was in 2010, when a visit to China under industrial exposure led to the vision of taking up best practices in the world in the areas of fabrication, teamwork, and project management. Such a progressive practice led to the fact that Suraj SIM ceased to be a local fabrication facility, but a high-capacity engineering firm with a total production capacity exceeding 1.50 lakh sq. ft., 170 plus experienced professionals, and 100 plus projects completed every year.
